JAB HAI Marine offers both Pascal Industries Tubing and Sandvik Tubing as standard. We cover 1/16” through to 1 ½” with pressures ranging up to 10,200 Psi (703 bar).
All Tubing offered is of instrument grade and comes in 3mtr or 6mtr lengths. We offer both metric and imperial sizes with hardness no greater than HRB80.
JAB HAI Marine can route tube work on existing or new equipment to supplied drawings or CAD files. We also have Solidworks on site and are equipped to modify your 3D models to include tubing runs.
All tube work is serialized and added to our JAB HAI LIVE online portal. We are factory trained to utilize Pascal Industries, Swagelok and Parker Hannifin (A-Lok / CPI), twin and single ferrule compression fittings.
This offer can either be on your premises or ours. JAB HAI Marine offers a fixed price agreement for tube works, and again with our premium Solidworks license, we can accurately estimate time, and component consumption over a project in advance.
Depending on client request, we can offer a full MDR, covering all components used with material traceability and certification.
In addition, onsite pressure and flushing rigs can ensure reliability and cleanliness before a system is commissioned.
